Please be aware that by placing your orders with Shivista, you acknowledge acceptance of our return, exchange, and refund policies, which are outlined below.

 

At Shivista, all products are meticulously handcrafted by the Artisans of INDIA, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from one another. Due to the organic nature of natural stones and beads, variations may occur.

 

- No Return/Refund Policy: We take great care in quality checking and packaging your orders to ensure that you receive exactly what you see on your phone or computer screen. Therefore, the likelihood of desiring a return or exchange is minimal. Nonetheless, we do not provide refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.

 

We don't accept returns on vintage - Afghan & Lambhani jewellery, as they are antique one of a kind pieces that have lasted the test of time and hence may have certain marks, cuts, dents etc which cannot be considered as defects.

 

- Exchange Policy: If you receive a broken or damaged product, you are eligible for an exchange,

Only if the complaint is reported within 24 to 48 hours.

One the Exchange or Refund is approved, it will be processed with in 2 Working Days Post Approval.
